The story of Capra is a story of land, goats, family and a simple idea — that the gentlest things are often the most powerful.
Capra began on a small family farm in 2017, with a handful of rescue goats and a dream of living closer to the land. What started as a weekend escape slowly became a way of life.

We grow our own botanicals, tend the hives and milk our goats by hand each morning. Being close to the land means we know exactly where every ingredient in our jars comes from.
Our herd of gentle, free-roaming goats is the soul of Capra. They are cared for with love, fed on pasture and milked in small quantities — because happy goats give the most nourishing milk.

After noticing how soft our hands became after milking, we began experimenting in the farmhouse kitchen. Small batches of creams, butters and bars — each one tested on our own families before ever reaching a shelf.
Today Capra has grown from a farmhouse kitchen into a beloved skincare brand — but our heart remains on the farm. We still make everything in small, careful batches, and we still know every goat by name.
